Chandigarh, March 26, 2022: International Conference on Nutrition and wellbeing: Culinary tradition in Punjab was organised by y Nutrition team TIGR2ESS, UIHTM, Panjab University , Chandigarh on 25th March,2022. The event was hosted by Mr. Angad Singh Malhotra , project TIG2RESS intern.
Dean research Panjab University- Professor Sudhir Kumar grace the audience with their golden words
The Principle investigator Project Tiger2ess professor Ramanjit Kaur Johal share the deep insides about the project.
Professor Prashant Gautam co- investigator at Pu extended a formal welcome. Lord Rana was invited as the Guest of honour followed by Prof. SHUMONE Ray as the keynote speaker.

Chef Jaswinder Singh  conference coordinator co- Investigator Project Tiger2ess shared the knowledge on the theory culinary tradition in Punjab along with an informative session on budding chefs.
A group of various panellist were invited for the plenary discussion where Dr. Lipika Guliani served as the moderator.
The book launch was happen written by professor Prashant k Gautam, Chef Jaswinder Singh and Bharti Goel on the title Recipes from chef: Altered by Publication.
Further, Professor Sumon Ray introduced the launch titled Foundation certificate and Chef course in nutrition.
Research scholar presented the research paper presentation on various topic related to millets, nutrition e.t.c
In the end, chef Jaswinder Singh presented a formal vote of thanks.
