Interactive session on Creative Writing and Publishing held 

Chandigarh, February 27, 2023: Today an interactive session on Creative Writing and Publishing was held in the Mulk Raj Anand Auditorium. The event was held in association with the Punjab University Almuni Association. 

Prof Anupama Sharma (Dean Alumni Relations) and Dr Deepti Gupta (Professor, Department of English and Cultural Studies) felicitated the guest speaker Dr Gurpartap Khaira with token of gratitude on behalf of everybody. He is an Associate Professor in English at Hindu College, Amritsar, and a prolific poet and writer. He started with the question answer round to make the event an interaction-based event. Students learnt about the process of writing, publishing, and also got some insights into the power of words and purpose of writing. The guest also conversed about the marketing and career potential for helping out budding young writers. 
The event culminated with high tea and a book signing session of his latest book 'How Dinkar Lost His Job and Found a Life'.
