Inter-School Band competition at DPS RNE, Ghaziabad

Ghaziabad: The inter-school band competition was hosted by DPS, Raj Nagar Extension where students of various schools of Delhi/NCR participated which was set to experience the biggest music show. The programme started with the lamp lighting.
The show motivates students to bring alive their talent and exposes them to the world of music where everyone participated with so much zeal and enthusiasm. Music nurtures the creative side of students’ and also allows them to try something new and develop confidence.

Students of different band evaluated on the basis of their singing, the outfit and how they operated their instruments where Amity School, Saket won the competition followed by DPS RNE, Ghaziabad and DPS Indirapuram. The school Jury awarded all the winners and the participating students with the token of appreciation.

Pallavi Upadhyaya, Principal, DPS Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad exclaimed with joy and appreciated all the efforts by the students in organizing the beautiful inter-school band competition. She also cherished the outstanding performances of different bands of various schools participated in the competition. We will continue to organize such kind of events further, she added.
