Innocent Hearts Students Show Great Enthusiasm During Sports Day

Jalandhar, December 18, 2017: Sports day was held for the students of Class I and Class II in Innocent Hearts (G.M.T.) where a number of events were conducted. In Class I category, the boys took part in simple race and obstacle race and for the girls category there was relay race and banana race. For the Class II category, the boys ran the 100 meter race and balloon race, while for girls skipping race and obstacle race was conducted. The arrangement for the games was very well planned and organised by the H.O.D. Mr. Sanjeev Bhardwaj. The games began with the unfurling of the Sports Flag. The Director Principal, Mr. Dheeraj Banati, Vice Principal, Ms. Sharmila Nakra, Incharge Primary Wing, Ms. Harleen Gulria along with the full sports team were present on the occasion. The children participated energetically and with full zeal in all the events. Among the boys, the first position was bagged by Sambit and Japneet. Meet and Diva were declared first among the girls. In the Class II category the boys, Karmanjeet and Pranav were adjudged first while in the girls section, Rashmita and Himanya bagged the First Prize. In the Balloon race, Shivansh and Kavish secured the first position. In the obstacle race, Aniket and Nipun among the boys and Kirti and Sidika among the girls came first. The winners were awarded prizes and certificates. Director Principal congratulated the winners and wished them more success in the future.
