Jalandhar, May 28, 2025: Innocent Hearts School  Green Model Town recently organized an educational industrial visit for the Commerce students of Grade XI and XII to the Verka Milk Plant in Jalandhar. The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to industrial processes and deepen their understanding of the dairy sector.

A total of 50 students took part in this informative excursion, accompanied by faculty members Renuka Gupta, Anil Kumar, and Bhuvan Lamba.

At the plant, the students were welcomed by Karan and Kuldeep Kashyap from the Verka team. The experts guided the students through the complete dairy production process, including the processing and packaging of milk, curd, ghee, butter, and milk powder. The session also included demonstrations of quality control techniques, hygiene protocols, and the use of advanced machinery in dairy operations.

The visit provided students with real-time insights into the functioning of a large-scale production unit, helping them connect classroom theories with industrial practices. The experience was both enriching and inspiring, igniting curiosity and enhancing the students' perspective on the commerce and manufacturing industries.
