Innocent Hearts School Excels in CHETNA Project Events — Initiative by District Administration, Jalandhar

Jalandhar, December 1, 2025: Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town, Noorpur Road and Kapurthala Road campuses proudly participated in the CHETNA Project initiated by the District Administration and the DC Office, Jalandhar, held on 26th to  28th November, and brought laurels to the institution with remarkable achievements. The CHETNA Project is an awareness and skill-building initiative aimed at empowering students with knowledge beyond classroom learning. It focuses on essential life-skills such as financial literacy, environmental sustainability, cyber safety, health and hygiene, social responsibility, and active citizenship. The initiative aims to equip students to face real-world situations with preparedness, confidence, and responsibility.  The first round of events was conducted at Govt. Girls Senior Secondary Smart School, Ladowali Road, based on the theme Financial Literacy. Students of Green Model Town showcased their expertise in budgeting, saving, investment and responsible spending, earning and bagged  the Second Position. Participants:Yojin – IX, Himani – VIII,Daiwik – VIII, Saanvi – IX. The second phase was held at the School of Eminence, Ladowali Road.  Further, the school was also shortlisted to give a presentation on the modules of the CHETNA Project. The following students represented the school with confidence and clarity. Adding another proud moment, the students of  Noorpur Campus — Navnidhi (IX) and Anika (X) — secured the Third Position in the First Aid and Emergency Response Competition
The Deputy Commissioner of Jalandhar, Himanshu Aggarwal (IAS), applauded the enthusiasm and preparedness demonstrated by students across modules. He honoured participants with certificates and medals as encouragement.
Rajeev Paliwal,  Principal, Green Model Town , Meenakshi ( Director Noorpur campus) and Sheetu Khanna , Principal Kapurthala Road congratulated the winners and participants, expressing immense pride in their dedication and achievements. He reaffirmed the school’s commitment to strengthening learner confidence, character, and 21st-century readiness through such meaningful platforms.
