Innocent Hearts School Celebrates Raksha Bandhan Across Campuses with Love, Creativity, and Cultural Pride

Jalandhar, August 8, 2025: The five campuses of Innocent Hearts School—Green Model Town, Loharan, Cantt-Jandiala Road, Noorpur Road, and Kapurthala Road—came alive with colour and cheer as students celebrated the vibrant festival of Raksha Bandhan with enthusiasm and cultural fervour.
The celebration aimed to foster values of love, respect, and environmental consciousness, while honouring the sacred bond of siblings.
The Pre-Primary wing joyfully marked the occasion with a "Thread of Love" activity. The little ones, with the guidance of their mother teachers, crafted beautiful handmade rakhis, expressing their affection through creativity.
In a touching gesture towards environmental awareness, students of Grades I and II participated in ‘Ek Dhaga Prakriti Ke Naam’, tying eco-friendly rakhis to trees. The activity began with the heartfelt message:
"Pedon se karein hum pyar, Rakhi baandh kar karein swachh aur sundar sansaar."
Grade III students expressed sibling love through handmade rakhis and cards, nurturing both emotional bonds and motor skills through artistic expression.
The spirit of patriotism was reflected in the celebrations by students of Grades IV, V, and VI, who crafted tricolour and camouflage-themed eco-friendly rakhis with the message "Thank you, Soldiers," dedicating their creations to the brave Indian Armed Forces.
Adding a sweet touch to the festivities, students of Grades VII and VIII participated in the delightful culinary activity "Sweets and Treats", preparing delicious cookies, cupcakes, and mini sandwiches to celebrate the occasion with flavour and joy.
The celebration of Raksha Bandhan across all campuses became a memorable and meaningful event, instilling in students the timeless values of love, trust, creativity, empathy, and mutual respect.
