Inner Wheel Club of Jalandhar Undertakes Multiple Community Welfare Initiatives in the City

Jalandhar, February 13, 2026: Inner Wheel Club of Jalandhar carried out several impactful community projects over the past few days under the presidentship of Inderkiran Toor.
The club distributed 25 pairs of warm socks to underprivileged children at the Sunday School of Geeta Mandir, Urban Estate. The members also donated pressure cookers to Krians Kitchen, which provides meals for needy children.
In a generous personal initiative, one of the club members contributed a significant amount toward the wedding expenses of her housemaid’s daughter. In addition, club members supported the occasion by gifting 15 new sarees, a pressure cooker, a luggage bag, a dinner set, a mixer grinder, and steel utensils.
The club also donated sports items to Government Senior Secondary School, Sofi Pind, Jalandhar. The items included tracksuits, socks, cricket bats, balls, wickets, leg pads, footballs, badminton rackets, and a carrom board set.
President Inderkiran Toor addressed the students and spoke about the importance of sports in a student’s life. Meaningful and valuable time was spent interacting with the children.
