Inner Wheel Club of Jalandhar Hosts Ladies Day Out, Supports Social Causes; Spends Heartwarming Day with Senior Citizens
The Inner Wheel Club of Jalandhar organised its General Meeting at Noormahal, where members enjoyed a Ladies Day Out with a picnic to Divya Jyoti Sansthan. During the visit, members explored the pharmacy and Sweetmart House at the Sansthan. An eye-opening highlight was the Gaushala, where nearly a thousand cows are housed and bred using modern technology. A meditation session was held, and members actively participated in a plantation drive.

The club extended donations to the Sansthan, contributing towards the Gaushala, girl child education, and plantation initiatives. The event was smoothly coordinated under the guidance of President Inderkiran Toor, Secretary Nidhi Sehgal, and Anita Chawla.
A Day Out with Senior Citizens
In another initiative, the Inner Wheel Club of Jalandhar visited the Kundan Old Age Home in Alawalpur, spending a meaningful and emotional day with senior citizens. Members distributed ration, utensils, toiletries, medicines, footwear, toilet cleaners, and warm thermal sets to all residents. Lunch was served, and the members engaged in heartfelt conversations, listening to the residents’ life stories—an experience that left a deep impact on everyone present.
