Information given to students on Digital Preservation under Disha-Ek campaign by Bowry Memorial Trust

Jalandhar, November 8, 2021: Under the aegis of the Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, Innocent Hearts Group celebrated Digital Preservation Day as part of Disha –An Initiative campaign, aimed at making students aware of the conservation of digital devices. On this occasion, a poster making activity was organised to highlight the need and procedure of preserving digital tools.  Students from IT, Management and MLS department of Innocent Hearts Group enthusiastically participated in the activity and showcased various policies, methods and infrastructure require to preserve digital tools with their creativity ideas. Ms. Punit Kumari (Head, School of IT) stated that digitalization enable us to efficiently save and access information on a mobile device. It is our prime duty to preserve the data effectively for continual access of information. 
The winners of the activity were:
•    First Prize:  Ekta (BCA-5th semester)
•    Second Prize: Daisy (BCA-1st Semester)
•    Third Prize: Muskaan Kaur (BBA-1st Semester)
