Industrialists of focal point share problems with PSIEC chairman

Ludhiana, August 17, 2019: Today, Gurpreet Singh Gogi, Chairman, PSIEC visited Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) complex here, to listen the problems being faced by the industry.

The meeting was started by welcoming Gogi.

Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, CICU gave a brief report about working of CICU and highlighted the conditions of the Focal Point Roads, Sewer system, Street Light etc. he also shared some issues like Repair and Rebuilding of Damaged Roads, Repair and Maintenance of Sewer lines, Allotment of Land Unused Unutilized Plots of PSIEC for Industrial Use, CLU etc.

Pankaj Sharma, general Secretary, CICU emphasized that the Encroachment in focal point areas has been increasing day by day. He also shared other issues like Registrar of Companies (R.O.C) i.e. PSIEC staff members with digital signature, so that work of industrialists is not kept pending, Beautification of Focal Point, Providing Separate Parking for Trucks and Heavy Vehicles in Focal Point Ludhiana etc.

Gurpreet Singh Gogi, Chairman, PSIEC said that the all the points raised by the industry of focal point are valid and it will done on priority basis. He also said that the corruption will not be tolerated, Sewer lines will be cleaned in one month, Roads will be constructed on priority basis, encroachment will be removed will the help of police and a meeting with C.P Ludhiana will conduct soon, so that the issues will be resolved and vacant plots will be allotted at earliest.

The meeting was attend by more than 70 prominent industrialists. Rajnish Ahuja, Ram Lubhaya, T.R Misra, Phuman Singh, Anil Bedi, O.P Bassi, S.B Singh, Ravinder Saini, Madan Bassi, Naresh bansal, S.M Mehta, Didarjit Singh, Kuljit Singh, Sanjay Dhiman, Vinod Thapar, Gautam Malhotra, Honey Sethi, Inderjit Singh Sohal and other members of the Chamber were present on the occasion.
