Ludhiana, April 19, 2014: Various industrial bodies representing small scale manufacturers on Saturday strongly condemned the alleged interference by Independent candidate Simarjit Singh Bains and his associates, in the functioning of POWERCOM and stopping the employees from discharging their duties.
In a joint press conference held here, Gurmeet Singh Kular, President, Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organizations (FICO), Harpal Singh Bhanwar, President and Pawan Garg, General Secretary , Janta Nagar Small Scale Industries Association and Jagatvir Singh, President Ludhiana Bicycle & Engineering Parts Association, termed the alleged interference as a mere ploy to draw political mileage.
