Jalandhar, August 18, 2019: In the endeavour to acquaintance, the students of Management Department with industrial environment of manufacturing sector, Innocent Hearts Group of Institution organized an Industrial visit at RCF -Rail Coach Factory, Hussainpur, and Kapurthala.
The objective was to impart First Hand exposure to the business management students regarding methods and procedures of manufacturing of rail coaches. The Students got real time experience of the application of Production and Operations Management. The RCF officials explained the various manufacturing techniques. Students learnt a lot about advanced manufacturing techniques that enables them to correlate practical with theory.
The Faculty members accompanied the students were Pankaj Salotra and Divakar Joshi.
The visit was coordinated by Dr.Updesh Khinda under the guidance of Dr.Shailesh Tripathi (Group Director, IHGI).
Innocent Hearts Group of Institution keep venturing and provide new exposure to students and faculty.
