Industrial Training Drive organized for Doaba College BTHM Students 

Jalandhar, February 19, 2022: PG Department of Tourism & Hotel management of Doaba College Jalandhar,  organized Industrial Training drive for BTHM  final year students. The students were shortlisted on the basis of Aptitude, Technical Tests & Telephonic Personal interview modules. In this training drive major brands of hospitality industry like Anantara , Palm Jumeirah Dubai UAE , Oberoi Hotels Chandigarh & Agra , The Taj Hotel and Convention Center Agra, Fairmont Jaipur , The Lalit Chandigarh, Hyatt Hampi Karnataka ,The Grand New Delhi , Radisson Jalandhar, Marigold Sarovar Portico  Shimla  participated . 26 students of the BTHM final year got selected to complete their industrial training in the above mentioned properties respectively.
Prof Rahul Hans – Head said that  students  Krishma and Sagar got selected in Hotel Anantara , Palm Jumeirah Dubai , UAE. Rupinder Kaur & Mr. Manpreet got selected in The Oberoi's Amarvilas Agra & Sukhvilas Chandigarh .  Gaurav, Tisha ,Harman &  Pawan got selected in Taj Hotel & Convention Center , Agra. Dimple Kumar,  Dupinderdeep, Manmohan, Simarjeet Singh,  Manvir got selected in Fairmont Jaipur . Lalit,  Mohit Gautam , Vishal got selected in THE GRAND NEW DELHI. Baljinder Kaur, Ritika got selected in The Lalit Chandigarh.  Bharti , Mohit & Davinder got selected in Radisson Jalandhar respectively.
Principal Dr. Pardeep Bhandari , Prof  Rahul Hans and faculty felicitated the students for this achievement in college. Dr Bhandari said that college’a BTHM department regularly organizes industrial training  and placement drives for its students so that they could excel in hotel industry.
