The expedition will run from 27th November to 2nd December 2025, covering the scenic and challenging route: Delhi – Haldwani – Kasar Devi – Panchachuli Base Camp – Delhi.
This exclusive national expedition brings together over 100 participants, including senior officers and skilled riders from the Indian Air Force, Indian Army, Indian Navy, Coast Guard and allied forces. Their collective journey symbolizes courage, unity, and the spirit of adventure that defines the nation’s armed forces.
"Embarking on this rally is an exciting adventure, yet safety and caution remain our top priorities to ensure everyone returns safely. The route and purpose of this journey are truly unique, offering a chance to experience the breathtaking beauty of Pithoragarh and its surroundings on two wheels for the first time. I am inspired by the enthusiasm of all participants and confident that with the strong technical support team in place, this will be a memorable and safe experience. I look forward to engaging with the young riders from NCCK and wish everyone the very best- ride with care, enjoy every moment, and create memories that will last a lifetime”, said, Air Vice Marshal S Kannan, VSM Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Wks)
"The Hero Tiranga Trails is a powerful tribute to the courage and commitment of our armed forces, and a unique way to bring their stories closer to young Indians. By organising such journeys, we want the youth to see the pride, professionalism, and sacrifice of our soldiers first hand, and feel inspired to wear the uniform themselves one day. PHDCCI is privileged to support this initiative with the Indian Air Force and Hero MotoCorp, as it blends adventure with a larger national purpose of encouraging more young citizens to join the forces and serve the nation", said Dr. Ranjeet Mehta, CEO and Secretary General, PHDCCI.
Riders will undertake this demanding trail on the new Hero MotoCorp Xpulse 210, a motorcycle engineered for endurance and high-altitude performance. The expedition aims to promote adventure sports, foster inter-services camaraderie, and inspire young Indians by showcasing the resilience and determination of the country’s uniformed personnel.
Vikram Kasbekar, Executive Director, Acting CEO and CTO, Hero MotoCorp, remarked, “At Hero MotoCorp, we take immense pride in partnering with the Indian Air Force and PHDCCI for the Hero Tiranga Trails Expedition, a journey that truly embodies the spirit of adventure, resilience, and national pride. Through such partnerships, we also continue to reinforce the importance of road safety and responsible motorcycling. This expedition is not just a celebration of India’s majestic landscapes, but also a tribute to the unwavering courage and camaraderie of our armed forces who inspire the nation to keep moving forward.”
As the convoy moves from the plains of Delhi to the breathtaking heights of Uttarakhand’s Panchachuli Base Camp, the Hero Tiranga Trails ride will celebrate India’s vibrant landscapes and the unwavering dedication of its defence community. The event also reinforces the Indian Air Force’s commitment to adventure, national integration, and the promotion of safe and responsible motorcycling.
The riders will return to New Delhi on 2nd December 2025, concluding what promises to be a memorable and patriotic journey across the Himalayas.
