Rajpath to Kartavya Path - A gateway towards New India
Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled the statue of Netaji Subash Chander Bose at India Gate and paid tributes to the great revolutionary and creator of Azad Hind Fauj and announced the change of name of Raj Path to Kartavya Path - a gateway towards the New India. It’s dreams of every Indian of being prosperous and developed in every sector of manufacturing indigenous products in New India.  With the infrastructural development, India is witnessing construction of Express Highways from four lanes to six lanes and manufacturing of defence products in India. The name of Raj Path reminded us the days of British Rule but as this name of Raj Path is now history the new name is of making every Indian self-reluctant and prosperous. In the past, India was described as a “sone ki chidiya” and if all goes well the days are not far away that once again India will become “vishwa guru”.  Modi is proving himself as an architect towards making India a new modern India in technology and “atama nirbhar bharat”.

BJP focusing on Parliament elections 2024
BJP national leaders are focusing on the Lok Sabha elections 2024 and recently appointed many as Parbharis of various states. Vijay Rupani, former chief minister of Gujarat has been appointed as Parbhari (In-charge) of Punjab BJP Political Affairs and Narinder Singh Raina as Sah Parbhari (co- incharge) of Political Affairs of Punjab. The main focus is on winning maximum number of Lok Sabha seats in Punjab. The recently appointed Punjab General Secretary (Organization) Manthri Srinivasulu is visiting various districts in Punjab to take on the spot assessment of the organisational structure and trying to understand deeply the actual real picture of the organisational structure at grass root level and the demographic conditions of Punjab. This can certainly prove better for the organisational structure in coming days. There are number of BJP senior leaders in Punjab who can with their personality and experience boost the morale of the cadre and ignoring senior BJP leaders in future can cost the party dearer in coming days.

BJP leaders’ resignations?
Is the issue of resignations by BJP leaders in Jalandhar a strategy to create a pressure tactics on the party high command or really the party leaders are going to shift their loyalty to another party? it is not strange for the loyal BJP leaders who have stood with the party when the party was having just two parliament members and when the party used to contest elections to just show its presence among the masses. Loyalties changes in the game of chess of politics to play power game. The resignations come just before a day when the BJP state general secretary (organisation) Punjab Manthri Srinivasulu was to preside over the meetings of the various constituencies to take on the spot decisions of the grass root level assessment of the booth committees. Will the senior BJP leaders succeed in getting the resignations withdrawn or not? One thing is to be noted that “it is the organisational structure of political parties that creates leaders and not leaders create political parties as the political leaders have just a mere chunk of votes in their pocket”. Let’s see that what can be the line of action of senior BJP leaders in this issue? Will indiscipline become discipline?

AAP performance
It is a feather in the cap for Bhagwant Singh Mann government that it has successfully announced number of chairmen for various boards, corporations, improvement trusts and planning boards. Thus, AAP is leaving no stone unturned to speed-up functioning of the government at various levels. As the assembly elections to Himachal Pradesh are due within few months, the AAP wants to show its performance in Punjab to woo the voters of the Himachal in fulfilling the guarantees announced during the pre- assembly elections in Punjab.

Congress’ “Bharat Jodo Yatra”
Will more leaders of Congress in Punjab shift their loyalty to other political party?  Congress senior leader Rahul Gandhi is on “Bharat Jodo Yatra”. The main motive behind the yatra is to boost the Congress cadre witnessing series of defeat in various Lok Sabha and Assembly elections held in the past. It is an acid test for Congress in coming days to show its performance and regain momentum in its cadre.
