Inauguration of Vertical Garden in the Premises of PPCB, Ludhiana by Avon Cycles 

Ludhiana, June 14, 2023: Avon Cycles Limited inaugurated the Vertical Garden setup at the premises of PPCB Office, Focal Point Ludhiana on Wednesday.

Pots with 900 plants of different varieties were strung on the entrance wall of PPCB Office, besides a dedicated drip irrigation facility has been set up for watering the plants daily. 

Earlier this year also, Avon Cycles in collaboration with Punjab Pollution Control Board launched campaigning of “Say No to Single-Use Plastic” and distributed many cloth bags to general public, school children and farmers.

Onkar Singh Pahwa, CMD, Avon Cycles Limited said Corporate Environment Responsibility (CER) concept suggests that it is the responsibility of the corporations/companies/departments operating within society to contribute towards economic, social and environmental development that creates positive impact on society at large.
