In the U-14, Ludhiana beat Ferozepur by 111 runs; Ryaan Sehgal takes 4 wickets

Ludhiana, November 29, 2023: Punjab State Inter District Under-14 One Day Tournament was organised at Firozpur District Cricket Ground, in which Under-14 teams of Ludhiana and Ferozepur participated with great enthusiasm.

Ludhiana Under-14 won the toss and decided to bat first. Ludhiana U-14 was declared the winning team in this tournament. Ludhiana Under-14 won the tournament by defeating Ferozepur Under-14 by 111 runs.

Players in Ludhiana Under-14 team were Rupam Kar, Ryan Sehgal, Mankaranveer Singh, Jasdeep Singh, Naman Sharma, Shiven Sood, Daksh Goyal, Harkirat Singh Samra, Ryyan Jain and Aarav Agarwal. Bowler Ryaan Sehgal played an important role in his team's victory by taking four wickets. Mankaranvir Singh took two wickets and Harkirat Singh Samra and Aarav Aggarwal took one wicket each.

Players in Ferozepur Under-14 were Prince, Amardeep Singh, Sukhbir Singh, Rohan Singh, Aditya, Kairav Gupta, Gurvansh Singh, Siddharth Kumar, Agamjot Singh, Ishant Bajaj and Saksham Bajaj.

There is a wave of jubilation in Ludhiana District Cricket Association due to the victory of Ludhiana Under-14 team. Earlier in the tournament held between Faridkot and Ludhiana Under-14 teams at Faridkot District Cricket Ground, bowler Ryaan Sehgal had played an important role in his team (Ludhiana Under-14) by taking four wickets.
