In a Farmer-Friendly decision, Haryana Govt. opens E-Kshatipurti portal for 21 villages of Rohtak District: DC Sachin Gupta

Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta informed that the State Government has taken a farmer-friendly decision and opened the E-Kshatipurti portal for farmers of 21 villages falling under three tehsils of the district – Rohtak, Sampla, and Kalanaur.

Rohtak, September 4, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta informed that the State Government has taken a farmer-friendly decision and opened the E-Kshatipurti portal for farmers of 21 villages falling under three tehsils of the district – Rohtak, Sampla, and Kalanaur.

He stated that the agricultural land of these villages is affected by water logging. The district administration had written to the government requesting to open the E-Kshatipurti portal. The State Government accepted this request with immediate effect and opened the portal for registration of crop loss for Kharif season 2025 for farmers of these 21 villages. The portal will remain open till September 15, and affected farmers can register their crop losses on it.

The Deputy Commissioner informed that these include 9 villages of Rohtak tehsil – Bahu Akbarpur, Bhalout, Humayunpur, Bakherta, Rurki, Polanki, Asan, Mungain, and Kansala. Nine villages of Kalanaur tehsil are also included – Bechirag Manjha, Basana, Khairdi, Bhali-Anandpur, Lahli, Taimurpur, Sangaheda, Madoudi Jatan, and Madoudi Ragdan. Three villages of Sampla tehsil are included – Bhaisru Khurd, Atayal, and Ismaila-11B.

The Deputy Commissioner urged the affected farmers of these villages to upload their claims of crop losses on the portal. A total of 6,786 acres of land in these 21 villages is affected by water logging.
