Jalandhar: Immunity Booster Salad Making Competition was organized at DIPS IMT to make students aware about healthy diet. During the online competition, students prepared immunity booster salads using eggs, green vegetables, beetroot, beans.

By cutting the vegetables into different shapes and showing their skills, the students presented the salad in a very beautiful way. The presentation of their salad was shown by the students on the zoom app.

College Principal Dr. Sirmanjit Singh, HMCT Assistant Professor Priya, Head of Department Engineer Vishal Khanna played the role of judge in the competition. Principal Simranjit Singh made the students aware about healthy food and said that healthy food is very important for our health in the time of corona epidemic. We should include salads, fruits, green vegetables and beans in our diet so that our immunity can be strengthened. In the competition, Nitish Kumar of BHM 6th semester got first position, Sunanda of 4th semester of BHM got second and Preeti got third position.

MD Sardar Tarvinder and CEO Monica Mandotra said that during the corona epidemic, we should eat nutritious food to increase immunity. Such activities are very important for students because immunity booster salad can play a major role in boosting immunity.
