IHTM students attend World Food India 2025

New Delhi, September 28, 2025: Students from MDU's Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management (IHTM) participated in the fourth edition of World Food India 2025, held at Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan). They gained a firsthand experience of current trends in the food industry, as well as a closer look at the business opportunities in tourism and hospitality. Students from the BTTM and MTTM courses participated in this educational tour, led by Dr. Shilpi.
Dr. Shilpi said that the students gained insights into areas such as food processing, packaging, safety standards, nutritional science, and startup innovation. IHTM Director Prof. Ashish Dahiya said that this educational tour is a powerful medium for students to gain both academic and hands-on experience in the industry.
