Rohtak, August 3, 2026: The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), located at Tilyar, will organize the 'Ghar Ke Swad – Home Chef Competition 2026' on August 7.
Vikas Deshwal, a lecturer at IHM, stated that the objective of this competition is to provide home chefs and cooking enthusiasts with an opportunity to showcase their talent.
The competition will be held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the IHM’s Basic Training Restaurant (BTR) and Advance Training Restaurant (ATR). Participants can compete in three categories – Street Food Challenge, Creative Salad Challenge, and Mocktail Challenge. A registration fee of Rs. 50 per participant per category has been fixed.
According to the organisers, winners will receive exciting prizes. The last date for registration is August 5, 2026 (Wednesday). IHM Rohtak has invited home chefs, food lovers, and aspiring culinary enthusiasts from the region to participate in the competition and showcase their talent.
