IDPD demands truce between Israel and Palestine

Ludhiana: The Indian Doctors for Peace and Development (IDPD) has called for cessation of armed conflict in middle east between Israel and Palestine. This if not checked on time can lead to a larger war which will be highly disastrous.  If not stopped now there could be blatant intervention by the big powers leading to worsening of the situation and spread of armed conflict. 
Dr S Soodan – President, Dr Arun Mitra Senior Vice President and Dr Shakeel Ur Rahman - General Secretary have appealed to the UNO to intervene immediately. They also said that the genuine demands of the Palestinians must be met with immediately.
