ICICI Bank inaugurates its branch at IIT Kanpur

Kanpur, June 16, 2022: ICICI Bank today inaugurated its new branch in Kanpur at IIT campus. ICICI Bank is the first private sector bank to open its branch at IIT Campus. This is the 20th branch of the Bank in the city. It also offers ATM services and cash acceptance machine, which are available 24X7 in the premises.
 
Professor Abhay Karandikar, Director, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, inaugurated the new branch. Professor S Ganesh, Deputy Director, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and Mr. Sudipta Roy, Head- Unsecured Assets, ICICI Bank along with senior officials of the Bank also graced the occasion.
 
This branch caters to the varied banking needs of the students including their requirement for higher education in abroad institutes. The branch also caters to the banking needs of the faculty and other members of the institution. It offers a comprehensive range of accounts, deposits and loans including savings and current accounts, term deposits, auto, home, education and personal and along with credit cards. Additionally, the branch offers locker facility. It operates from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm on Monday to Friday and on the first, third and fifth Saturdays of the month.
 
ICICI Bank has an extensive footprint across the state with 1,090 ATMs and over 300 branches, including 20 branches and 70 ATMs in Kanpur.
