Ludhiana, March 16, 2023: Groundnut/soy based products are loaded with various other essential goodness that makes it critically important for individuals on diets, people who have to enhance their overall health, as well as vegetarians and vegans around the world. 

In the health conscious world non dairy foods are becoming popular and ICAR-CIPHET is committed and working consistently to meet the food needs of the nation by developing and promoting health food products. Keeping in view the potential of groundnut/soy products ICAR-CIPHET has developed technology for groundnut flavoured beverage, curd and paneer and Hemant Kumar from M/s Yasoda Enterprises, Jharkhand approached for the same. 

Dr. D.N. Yadav, Pr. Scientist & Invetor of this technology imparted hands on training to entrepreneur during 14-15 March 2023. 

Dr. Renu Balakrishnan I/c ITMU coordinated this training and Dr. Nachiket Kotwaliwale Director, CIPHET Ludhiana awarded certificate of licensing and agreement to the entrepreneur on successful completion of training and assured him that all possible help will be extended for establishment of agro food processing business.
