Husband kills his wife and mother-in-law with sharp edged weapon at Ferozepur

Ferozepur, August 4, 2014: In a heinous double murder case, husband allegedly killed his wife and mother-in-law with sharp edged weapon and later surrendered before police at Ferozepur. The incident took place at around 8.30 am this morning.
As per the information available Harjinder Kaur aka Babbu (28) was married to Jasbir Singh, a resident of Village Lalle, near Talwandi. The couple had differences over some family issues due to which Harjinder had come to her mother Jaswinder Kaur’s (58) home at Gajjan Singh Colony, Moga Road, Ferozepur, for the last few days.
Meanwhile Jasbir had come here to take her wife back to home but his mother-in-law did not agree to this. Jasbir, who works as a class four employee at Government Senior Secondary School at Village Shakoor, was fed up with turn of events and after a heated argument he allegedly attacked his wife and mother-in-law with sharp edged weapons. Both were died on the spot.
After killing them, Jasbir went out of the house and told the neighbors to call the police. The officials from the Kulgarhi Police Station reached to the place and took him under their custody.
His children Gurleen Kaur (9 years) and Ranbir Singh (6 years), who were the eye-witness of the incident, were under shock.
