Sony SAB’s mythological drama Veer Hanuman continues to win hearts with its powerful storytelling and stellar performances. At the heart of the show is young Aan Tiwari’s compelling portrayal of Lord Hanuman, whose journey of valor, devotion, and righteousness continues to captivate viewers of all ages.

While the show is a visual treat on-screen, off-screen, the bond between the cast members is heartwarming. Hunar Hali Gandhi, who recently joined the cast as Kaikeyi, has taken on a unique role behind the scenes — that of a Sanskrit tutor to young Aan Tiwari. Given her love and proficiency for Sanskrit, Hunar often helps Aan grasp tricky pronunciations and understand the meaning of verses, and ensures Aan not only speaks the lines fluently but also understands the essence of what he's portraying. Their learning sessions between takes are filled with laughter, curiosity, and a shared passion for getting every scene just right.

Sharing her thoughts on this special off-screen bond, Hunar Hali Gandhi says, “I’ve always loved Sanskrit, and although it isn’t an easy language, especially for someone of Aan’s age, what’s encouraging is he’s always eager to learn. Aan is an incredibly sincere and curious child. Watching him put in so much effort makes me want to pitch in and help him. We’ve developed a sweet little routine where I quiz him on meanings or help break down lines- it’s turned into something we both look forward to. Being part of Veer Hanuman is in itself a divine experience, but being able to form a bond with Aan offscreen while tutoring him or singing with him has made it even more fulfilling.”
