Hostel Games: A funny chakra of relationships,

~ TSP, from the house of TVF, brings another spoof of Sacred Games, Hostel Games, the hostel version ~

‘Parle G khana pad raha hai kaali chai mein dubokar’. Who can forget this iconic line by Bunty from the second season of popular web-series Sacred Games. The Screen Patti, from the house of TVF, has been very much inspired from the web-series. This time around, they’ve come up with second spoof of the series, titled ‘Hostel Games’ which is the hostel version after ‘Tinder Games’.

As the name suggests, Hostel Games is nothing but an interesting and fun tale of relationships, betrayals and break-ups, which is part and parcel of hostel life. And the best part here is that there are no rules, unlike otherwise. No rules on who can be a part of the party or who can have the drink only in a glass.

Divided into two episodes, the spoof portrays the best of the iconic characters from the show like Gaitonde, Sartaaj, Trivedi, Guru Ji, Yadav Tai, JOJO, Megha and others. Such is the norm in hostels that the very first thing one starts with is a relationship only for it to end in a break up. The first episode revolves around Gaitonde’s struggle in Kenya Hostel. Add to that, we get to witness Sartaj’s extreme innocence, something unbearable to Megha. If that wasn’t enough, a mass breakup of every possible couple that includes Issa-Shubadra and Preeti-Shahid is sure to leave you in splits.

Commenting on the video Chote Miyan, who has been a part of various TVF, Girliyapa sketches and web series said, “Sacred Games and Hostel life are the two things which people won’t be able to forget, and what’s better than putting those two together and giving people another reason to cherish those moments.”

Written by Ankit Srivastava and Kaustubh Ghate and directed by Sahil Verma, the episodes are full of hilarious moments. Featuring Abhinav Anand, Chote Miyan, Badri Chavan, Jasmeet Singh Bhatia, Trupti Khamkar, Abhishek Jha and others, here’s yet another sketch that is totally worth watching.
