Home Science College releases annual newsletter

Chandigarh: The annual newsletter of Home Science College was officially released today by S. S Gill, Education Secretary, Chandigarh Administration. The newsletter is released annually every year and features a comprehensive update on the activities and achievements of the college, staff and students. 

Not letting the pandemic deter their spirits, the college continued to engage in academic as well as extra- curricular activities online  to ensure overall skill development of the students. This issue of the newsletter includes the digital initiatives undertaken by the college during COVID 19 times as well as the contribution made by faculty and students to help disseminate knowledge and information. It gives an account of opportunities provided to students to “Earn while they Learn" not only in the college campus but also beyond the walls of the college building. A peep has been given about how and in what way the college has mapped its goals and activities in sync with the support of Government key initiatives and programmes. 

Principal Prof Sudha Katyal, Chief editor of the newsletter acknowledged the efforts of the editorial team as well as the faculty for their never say die spirit.
