Himachal Pradesh was popular in Food Fest at Ahmadabad

Dharamshala: Himachal Tourism and Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) for the first time participated in this festival at Ahmedabad , which was orgsanised from 21st December, 2018 to 23rd December, 2018 to popularise Himachali Food amongst locals at Ahmedabad.
According to press release of HPTDC, the mouth watering Himachali Food of Chana Rantha & Rice, Sepu Vadi & Rice, Rajmash Madra & Rice, Jhol( Starter), Siddu, Rongi, Khatta Kaddu, Chana Madra, Telia Mash, Masoor Dal,, mixed vegetables & famous snacks of Chana Bhatura, Indrae, Pahari Pakora and famous sweet Bedana & Bathu-ki- Kheer etc. is being served during these 3 days. Smt. Kumud Singh, Managing Director of H.P. Tourism Dev. Corpn. Ltd. informed e official of the corporation said, “The dishes so served are relished by all & are in great demand and are appreciated by the visitors. The participation is to popularise Himachali cuisine as well as to attract tourists in our State. “
She further added that such participation in the food festivals will help to popularise Himachali Cuisine and Himachali Culture in other States and this platform also being utilized for marketing of Himachal Tourism.
