Himachal News/21st National Veteran Table Tennis Championship from Feb 26

Dharamsala, December 20, 2013: 21st National Veteran Table Tennis Championship is being organised at Dharamsala from February 26 to March 2 next.
C.Palrasu, Deputy Commissioner, Kangra disclosed this while presiding over a meeting organised for the arrangement of the event here today.
As many as 13 committees were constituted for the proper arrangements of the National-level Championship at Dharamsala. He directed all the committees to discharge their duties properly, so that the event is organised successfully. He also directed concerned departments to carryout proper maintenance work of the Indoor Stadium and providing electricity, water supply and other basic facilities for the participants.
Retesh Chauhan, President, State Table Tennis Association and Director, Transport said that around 1,000 players are expected to  participate  in the championship being organised first time in the state.
