BSF officials with the recovered heroin and Pakistani SIM cards.
Ferozepur, March 26, 2017: The Alert troops of BSF belonging to 105 battalion today recovered one packet of Heroin alongwith Pakistani SIM Card (Zong Company) near border outpost Ulloke in Ferozepur Sector. While giving the details, BSF officials said that a special search operation was carried out today morning by the BSF troops ahead of the border fencing following specific information about concealment of narcotics in fields ahead of the fence. DIG said that during the search operation, the BSF sleuths recovered one packet Heroin besides 2 SIM Cards (Zong Company) which were concealed beneath soil in sarkanda growth.
Earlier, in August, 2016, two Kg heroin worth Rs.10 Crore and one Pakistani SIM card (Zong) were recovered by the BSF jawans belonging to 105 battalion from BOP Dona Telu Mal.
