Ludhiana, June 21, 2022: Hero Homes, NCR's first 'CARE A+' rating real estate major organised an enlightening Yoga session at its residential apartments in locations like Delhi NCR, Mohali, Haridwar, Ludhiana. As many residents attended the Yoga event under the guidance of a certified Yoga instructor.
 
In the first-of-the-kind initiative, Hero Homes curated a virtual Yoga session for its employees in Delhi NCR and special arrangements were made at their Ludhiana, Delhi NCR, Mohali, and Haridwar workstations as well to prompt and adopt Yoga which facilitates holistic living experience. The Hero Group also set a wonderful example by assimilating the use of technology as a means to teach yoga by onsite trainers.
 
The event was to encourage people from different horizons and disparate geographies to adopt Yoga on a daily basis and start their mornings with a diverse set of Asanas.
 
The Yoga enthusiasts, with the instructor's directions, performed all asanas neat and meticulously. They also talked about the positive body changes and mindset shifts that they experienced after performing Yoga in the early mornings.
