Health talk on stress management for staff of DCM Presidency School

Ludhiana: Under the Staff Welfare Program, a Health Talk on Stress management was held at DCM Presidency School, Jamalpur, for the Teachers. 

The session was taken by Dr.Jagjot Singh (MD, Psychiatry) of Fortis Hospital. He explained in detail the causes and remedies to overcome stress. He also explained various ways to deal with hyperactive and sensitive students.
