Chandigarh, July 10, 2013: Punjab is going at full stretch to provide better health facilities in government hospitals. Health Department has called Walk in Interview for the recruitment of 394 specialist Medical Officers.
Disclosing this here today, Vini Mahajan Principal Secretary Health & Family Welfare said that eligible applicants should personally attend the Walk in Interview to be held on July 22, 2013 at 10 AM at Auditorium, State Institute of Health and Family Welfare Complex, Near Civil Hospital, Phase-VI, Ajitgarh, (Mohali).
Principal Secretary said that specialization wise posts advertised are Anaesthesia 64, General Surgery 39, Gynaecology 46, Medicine 35, Opthalmology 3, Orthopaedics 11, Paediatrics 119, Pathology 10, Radiology 37, Skin & V.D. 4, SPM 2, TB & Chest 6, and Psychiatry18 and added that number of posts may increase or decrease.
Mahajan said that for details regarding qualification, experience, category wise vacancies, application form and other instructions, candidates should visit department website www.pbhealth.gov.in.
She said that candidates are advised to fill on-line application available on www.pbhealth.gov.in and mail the scanned testimonials to [email protected] on or before 14th July, 2013 till 5:00 pm.
Mahajan said that candidates are also advised to bring with them their Original Certificates, print out of filled online application, two Passport Size Photographs at the time of interview.
