Rohtak, December 26, 2025: A Charitable Hospital was inaugurated in Village Khidwali (District Rohtak) under the aegis of Ram Phool Hooda Charitable Trust today.
Noted Health Activist and Retired Professor of Surgery (PGIMS, Rohtak), Dr. Ranbir Dahiya, inaugurated the Health Facility in Village Khidwali, along with Ch. Ram Phool Hooda (former Sarpanch of Village Khidwali). Ram Phool Hooda has got the Hospital Facility built up under the aegis of the trust to provide health care facility to the villagers. The trust will also work for educational empowerment, especially of girl students, in the rural hinterland. A full time Doctor will be available in the hospital. The OPD timings of this charitable hospital will be from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Dr.Ranbir Singh Dahiya said that the setting up of charitable hospital in village Khidwali is a good initiative to provide rural healthcare. He keenly appreciated the initiative of Ch. Ram Phool Hooda for setting up this charitable hospital.
Former Haryana Minister Krishan Murti Hooda graced the inaugural ceremony. He expressed happiness on this health care initiative.
Philanthropist Ch. Ram Phool Hooda said that this initiative was dedicated to the memory of his late father, freedom fighter, former MLA Ch. Ram Swarup Hooda. Notably, Ch.Ram Swaroop Hooda too had set up an Ayurvedic Dispensary in the village during his lifetime.
Family Members of Late Ch. Ram Swaroop Hooda, including his sons Ram Phool Hooda, Shri Bhagwan Hooda, members of extended family & clan, and villagers were present on the occasion. The village folks expressed their happiness on this positive development in the village.
Notably, this Charitable Hospital is located on the Khidwali-Sanghi connecting road, near the Sarsa Johdi pond.
Prof.Deepti Hooda, Grand-Daughter of Late Ch.Ram Swarup Hooda, shared that health check-up, well being camps will be conducted in the premises of the hospital in future for the benefit of the rural folks.
