Haryana News- Deepender Hooda meets Railway GM regarding demand for Chandigarh-Jhajjar-Jaipur Intercity Express Train

New Delhi/Jalandhar, October 2, 2013: Congress MP  Deepender Singh Hooda has met Northern Railway General Manager  V.K. Gupta regarding the demand for Chandigarh-Jhajjar-Jaipur Intercity Express Train.

During the meeting, Deepender said that this will benefit thousands of commuters and he had made this demand earlier also.

Deepender Hooda also submitted the resolutions passed by the panchyats of various villages demanding railway stations or halts for their villages. These include the villages - Rodhai (Rewari). Koka (Jhajjar) and Basantpur (Rohtak).  Hooda said that he had also earlier put up demand of railway station for Bugana, for which  Gupta said that it has been sent for sanction. Deepender also spoke for the railway under bridge at village Mudhlana in Sonipat district.

V.K. Gupta assured that further action with regard to the demands will be taken at the earliest.
