Harvest International School – Cross Country Running Hits the Road

Ludhiana, October 19, 2022: Cross Country Running Competition was organized by Harvest International School Jassowal on October 17, 2022. The participants were from categories of U-18 for boys and girls, U-15 boys and girls, U-12 boys and girls and U-10 boys and girls.

The distance for U-18 boys, U-15 boys and U-18 girls was 5 km.  Furthermore, the distance for U-15 girls and U-12 boys was 3 km followed by the distance for U-12 boys and girls which was 2.5 km.  However, the distance for U-10 boys and girls was 2 km.

There was also a special category for male and female adults and the teachers also participated enthusiastically.

The winners were finally awarded medals and the results are as follows:

U-18 Boys: 1st Hiresh Bansal-IG2, 2nd Jajwinder Singh-A2 , 3rd Karanveer Singh-A1; U-15 Boys: 1st Navraj Singh- CP2, 2nd Gurmanpreet Singh-CP3, 3rd Gurman Dhillon- IG1; U-12 Boys: 1st Uday Pratap Singh-CP1, 2nd Harnoor Singh-PP6, 3rd Arunjeet Singh- PP6;  U-10 Boys: 1st Noorvansh-PP4, 2nd Arjun Singh Maan-PP4, 3rd Rabbiguel-PP3; U-10 Girls: 1st Shalini -PP4, 2nd Amrit Kaur- PP3, 3rd Natasha Nath-PP3; U-12 Girls: 1st Ardaas Kaur Grewal-CP1, 2nd Gurleen Kaur-PP6, 3rd Ateet Kaur Grewal; U-15 Girls: 1st Ranjhana-CP2, 2nd Prabhjot Kaur-CP3, 3rd Jasleen Kaur-CP3; U-18 Girls: 1st Sanjana IG2, 2nd Sumeet Kaur-A1, 3rd Myra Tyagi-A1.

The sport gave all the participants an opportunity to endeavour and excel in the activity.
