Hampton Court Business Park gives possession before promised time

Ludhiana, November 19, 2022: Today Hampton Homes set an example for the realtors who faced a very tough time during the pandemic period by starting possession of their project 1 year before promised date and 3 years before extended date due to Covid by handing over 5 2BHK apartments. First apartments were handed over to Directors of Tribex Impex Pvt Ltd Shaina Agarwal & Chetna Agarwal.

A wave of jubilation was witnessed by everyone on the faces of both the company officials and the flat buyers during handing over keys to Shaina Agarwal. Shaina speaking to press was completely impressed with quality of apartments. Also, she appreciated the facilities being provided.

Perhaps Hampton Homes is the one real estate company which was not impacted due to the pandemic situation, which is evident from the fact that the labour and staff remained on duties as usual whereas the construction work of most of the real companies was badly affected resulted to which they failed to fulfil their deadlines of delivering the housing units.

The project being built on 40 acres of land on Chandigarh Road in the industrial city of Ludhiana, is the first of its kind in the entire North India which not only have Green Industrial Units but Apartments are also being built under Affordable Housing and soon a commercial area is also going to come up. The way this entire area is being developed and the way all kinds of state-of-the-art facilities are being made available here, this project is developing like a "city within a city".

Giving more details in this regard, the Managing Director of Ritesh Properties & Industries Limited (RPIL) Sanjeev Arora, MP (Rajya Sabha) briefed that there are a total 123 plots for Green Industrial Unit in Hampton Court Business Park out of which 75 units are functional. A total of about 1,200 people have got employment in these units.

A total 1,132 affordable apartments of 3-BHK, 2-BHK and 1-BHK are being constructed in the residential area of this business park. These apartments are being constructed using Mivan technology. General Manager (Project) Amit Sharma said that in this technology, instead of bricks and other materials, highly durable aluminum formwork is used in the shape and layout of the building including walls, pillars, beams and slabs.

A club will also be completed soon with an area of about 18,000 square feet, which will have a swimming pool on the top floor besides gym, children's play area, banquet hall etc.

Hemant Sood Director of promoter company said the construction of this project is completely eco-friendly. The logo of the company also reflects this, in which the slogan 'Imagine Business in Greens' has been given. 70 percent area has been kept open while 30 percent area is being covered.

Narayana School with a capacity of 1,500 children is also located in the campus. It was expected that this year 250 children would be enrolled in the school. But, 500 children have taken admission in this school. The competition for admission of children for the three classes was so high that the admissions had to be closed as all the seats were filled. There is also a plan to open a playway school in the campus for which talks are on with a reputed educational institution. A final decision in this regard is likely to be taken soon.

Recently, the foundation stone of Hampton Narayana Superspeciality Hospital has also been laid by Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty, Chairman, Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited (NHL) in the premises of the project. The target has been set to complete the hospital work in 18 to 24 months. The hospital will start functioning fully by the end of 2023 or in the middle of 2024. It will have the latest equipment and provide health care at an affordable cost. The hospital will be constructed in an area of 2 lakh square feet which is planned to provide facilities for Cardiology, Orthopedics, Trauma, Neurology, Oncology, Nephro-Urology, Gastroenterology and Transplant Surgery.

Walmart's wholesale store is currently located on the premises. Now that Walmart has a tie-up with Flipkart, hence its name has been changed to Flipkart Wholesale Store.

The construction of a commercial area in Hampton Court Business Park with an area of 2 lakh square feet is going to start. This area will have PVR, retail brands, food courts, banquet hall and all other facilities. Registration has been done under RERA and the construction work is going to start in 12 to 18 months.

Sanjeev Arora said that Hampton Court Business Park will probably be the only project in which such facilities are being provided. There is hardly any such project which houses the hospital building. The project being located in the city is also very close to other important destinations including Fortis Hospital, Sahnewal Airport, Mohali International Airport and Railway Station.

Besides a water treatment plant, a sewerage treatment plant (STP) is also being installed in the premises. The facility of an automated water supply system is being made available. Special emphasis is being given on security for which CCTV cameras are being installed. Modern types of barriers have been installed at the main entrance to ensure security.
