Halla Bol brings to light true stories of young women who fought back injustice and being added to the list of brave hearts is this young woman who stood up against sexual harassment at work. This week, the show narrates the story of Jasmin who migrates to Delhi, against the wishes of her parents, to work in a BPO.

It takes immense amount of courage to leave one’s family for their career, but an ambitious Jasmin made the move. Little did she know, that her choice would go against her, turning her life upside-down. For the first time, Jasmine learned about her boss, Manan’s lecherous nature when he looked at her in an offensive way. She ignored Manan at first, but this was not the end. He made advances at her in the form of gifts, compliments and finally even admitted his feelings for Jasmin. Uncomfortable with Manan’s behaviour, Jasmin felt helpless and could not comprehend the situation. She contemplated on telling her mother and her colleague Vishal but dropped the idea.

After a couple of such incidents, frustrated with her boss’ misdeeds, Jasmin made up her mind to teach him a lesson. As soon as she learned that there are other girls who had to go through the same because of their vulgar boss, they planned a trap in order to expose him.

Will the girls be successful in unveiling Manan’s true colours? Or will their plan backfire?
