GuruQ to impart skill development program to 200 students for a better tomorrow

New Delhi, june 28, 2017:In today’s highly competitive world, there is a growing need for teenagers to be armed with that extra edge that helps them stand out from the pack whenever needed. Addressing this vibrant need, GuruQ – a one-of-its-kind digital integrated platform–will be conducting a free micro-learning program ‘GuruQGyaan’designed especially for students from classes 9 till 12.
The two-day program, which will be held in South Delhi on June 29 and 30, is designed to resemble a corporate-style training session and will target teenagers who wants to equip themselves with the required skills.It will have an eclectic range of modules covering Entrepreneurial Skills and Soft Skills that will prepare students to think out of the box and encourage their overall development. An array of interesting topics including ‘How to make a Business Plan’,‘Grooming & Personality Development’, ‘Sales, Marketing & Branding, ‘Networking & Relationship Building’, ‘Time Management & Productivity’, ‘Communication Skills’, ‘Leadership & Team Management’, ‘Motivation & Positive Thinking’ etc will be a part of the program. The modules, that aim to offer practical inputs and advice to young students, will be conducted by industry experts and professional trainers.
While corporate training programs go on for a longer duration, GuruQGyaan have specially been designed and adapted for teenagers which is why they are presented as a micro-learning programof 60 to 90 minutes with robust content to keep the young participants engaged.
The program is open to all students who are curious to learn beyond their curriculum, keen to develop new skills and eager to know how the real world works.
The modules will be presented in a manner that is best enjoyed by youngsters -- fun sessions presented through a combination of versatile media including visual imagery, memes, fun videos etc. The program is available to 200 students on first-come-first- served basis who will get an opportunity to choose 2 of 8 learning modules.
