Gurugram University launches 14 New Courses from the New Academic Session to enhance the Scope of Skills and Employability: VC Dr. Sanjay Kaushik
Starting from the academic session 2026-27, 14 new courses are being introduced at Gurugram University (GU) in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. This initiative aims to provide students with modern, job-oriented, and multidisciplinary education, thereby giving a new direction to their careers.
Gurugram, May 15, 2026: Starting from the academic session 2026-27, 14 new courses are being introduced at Gurugram University (GU) in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. This initiative aims to provide students with modern, job-oriented, and multidisciplinary education, thereby giving a new direction to their careers.
Vice-Chancellor Dr. Sanjay Kaushik said that, prioritizing innovation and quality in the field of education, 14 new courses are being launched from the upcoming academic session.
These courses include MBA (Executive), Bachelor of Management Studies (Industry Integrated – Travel & Tourism), M.Sc. Life Sciences (Integrated), B.Sc. (Hons) Clinical Psychology (RCI Approved), Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology (RCI Approved), PG Diploma in Educational Management and Leadership, PG Diploma in Information and Communication Technology and Artificial Intelligence in Education, B.Com. (Global), M.A. in Theatre Studies, M.Sc. Forensic Science, M.Sc. Geography, M.A. Sociology, M.A. History, and M.Sc. (Disaster Management).
The Vice-Chancellor Dr. Kaushik further explained that these courses have been designed to equip students with practical knowledge, research opportunities, and skills that align with global competitive standards. He informed that the admission process for undergraduate (UG) courses at GU has already commenced. Interested students can apply online via the university's official website.
