Grand Opening of Tent Decor India 2026 in Chandigarh Draws Huge Crowd on Day One
Tent Decor India 2026 made a grand debut on Saturday at the Exhibition Ground in Sector 34, Chandigarh. The three-day expo, dedicated to the tent, décor, catering, hospitality, furniture, light & sound and event industries, witnessed an overwhelming response on its very first day, with a large number of visitors, business delegates, exhibitors and industry professionals turning up.

Chandigarh, September 5, 2026: Tent Decor India 2026 made a grand debut on Saturday at the Exhibition Ground in Sector 34, Chandigarh. The three-day expo, dedicated to the tent, décor, catering, hospitality, furniture, light & sound and event industries, witnessed an overwhelming response on its very first day, with a large number of visitors, business delegates, exhibitors and industry professionals turning up.
Organised by Showman Associates Private Limited (Exhibition Division), the expo features more than 60 exhibitors showcasing their products and services. Spread across more than 8,000 square metres, the exhibition is displaying over 2,600 products. According to the organisers, more than 10,000 visitors are expected to attend the expo over the three days.
The expo showcases a wide range of products, technologies and solutions, including modern tent structures, wedding and event décor, catering equipment, hospitality solutions, carpets, furniture, lighting, sound systems, stages and event solutions. Entry to the expo is completely free for visitors.
Expressing happiness over the overwhelming response, Satish Sharma, Founder, and Dhruvnesh Sharma, Director, Showman Associates, said that Tent Decor India is a very special expo for them. It is the company’s first major exhibition of its kind in North India focused on the tent and décor industry. The enthusiastic participation of visitors and industry professionals on the very first day has greatly encouraged the organisers.
