Chandigarh, October 5, 2015: The Punjab Government has declared 'Baj' 'Northern Goshawk', as ‘State Bird of Punjab. A notification to this effect was issued by Punjab Government. This was disclosed by an official spokesman. He said that this is in partial modification of notification issued on 15.03.1989.
