Godrej Interio launches a new store in Chandigarh

Chandigarh, January 13 2024: Godrej & Boyce, the flagship company of the Godrej Group announced that its business Godrej Interio, a leader in home and office furniture has launched its new outlet at NAC Manimajra in Chandigarh. Spread across a sprawling 4500 sq ft. This store will provide an impetus to Godrej Interio’s retail presence in the Chandigarh Tricity area and Northern markets in India.

The store, located in an emerging residential neighbourhood on the main Chandigarh-Shimla Highway, offers specially crafted quality products in home storage, home furniture and mattresses in different styles and finishing. To celebrate the launch of the new store, the brand is offering an inaugural scheme of up to 30% discount or recliners at Rs. 2999/- per unit for their customers.

Speaking on the importance of the new store in Chandigarh, Dev Sarkar, Senior Vice President (B2C), Godrej Interio said, “Owing to the excellent location of the store and Godrej Interio’s strong and growing brand recall in the market, we expect the store revenues to touch INR 3CR per annum annually by FY 24-25. With the opening of this new store, Godrej Interio has expanded its footprint in Northern India, where it has a significant customer base. We plan to open another 10 outlets in the state by the end of FY24 and plan to grow by 25% in the next three years. We also expect revenues to reach INR 45 Cr for the complete state and INR 180 Cr for the northern zone.
