GNIMT inaugurates “Xpressions 2019”, an inter-college competition

Ludhiana, February 27, 2019: Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GNIMT), Gujarkhan Campus, Model Town, Ludhiana organised “Xpressions 2019”, a two-day inter College mega event. Around 300 students from 25 different colleges of Ludhiana participated in the event. The event was inaugurated by V.P Singh, Assistant Excise &Tax Commissioner, Ludhiana. Day One was comprised of various events under three different heads: Cultural, Fine-Arts & IT events. GNIMT alumna Prabh Grewal, actress of Punjabi movie ‘Kake da Viah’ was also honoured during the event. There was a mini fest in which many stalls participated from different fields such as eateries, apparels, accessories, beauty and education sector at the Gujarkhan Campus Ground. It was highly useful for various organisations in terms of publicity and provided them a platform to enhance their image and build their brand. Principal GNIMT, Dr.Sandhya Mehta addressed the students and motivated them to keep their best foot forward. Er. Gurvinder Singh Sarna, General Secretary Gujarkhan Trust, Dr. Col. H.S. Singha, Director GNIMT along with other dignitaries marked their presence during the event. The day-two would have fashion show followed by prize distribution for all the events. In the evening, Star Nite by Gurnam Bhullar, a renowned Punjabi singer would be graced by Dr.Sukhchain Singh Gill, Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana as its Chief Guest on February 28.
