GND University College outshined in various examination results

Jalandhar, April 6, 2015: GND University College, Jalandhar outshined in various examination results declared by GNDU, Amritsar. Pawandeep Kaur of M.Sc(Maths) Semester –I bagged 3rd position , Upasana Tiwari of M.Com.Sem-I secured 8th position in the university. Anchal Sood ,Kriti , Monisha of B. Com (Prof.) Sem-I secured 3rd  , 14th , 20th  positions, respectively, in the University, Ankita of BCA Sem-I bagged 4th position, Punvi Arora, Rohini and Rajni of BBA Sem-I got 7th, 9th and 10th position, respectively, in the university. The total passing percentage of college in B.Com (P) Sem-I is 88%, B.Com (R) Sem-I is 66%, BCA Sem-I is 75% and BBA Sem-I is 70%..

Dr. Jaspal Singh Randhawa (Principal, GNDU College, Jalandhar) felt elated and congratulated the students. Dr. Ajaib Singh Brar, VC, GNDU Amritsar, while congratulating the students expressed that it is the result of the hard work of the students as well as teachers. He said that the University will keep on creating educational opportunities in the region and added that the fee structure of various courses is designed keeping in view the economic reach of the students . He also said that a new course, M.B.A. Part Time will be introduced from the next session, i.e., 2015-2016. The classes of this course will take place in the evening. People already in employment will be able to drive out the maximum benefits from the course. Earlier also the courses like M.Com are running in the evening session.
