GNA University nails campus placement drive at New Swan Group

Jalandhar, August 24, 2021: GNA University conforming to its standards of giving 100% placements organized a campus drive of New Swan Group of Industries for the students of Faculty of Engineering Design & Automation. New Swan Group of Industries, one of the leading manufacturers of fine blank, sheet metal parts and sub-assemblies, shortlisted 8 candidates from 25 students of FEDA-D for further selection process.
Sumit Sidana Corporate HR, Piyush Plant HR and Ramanjit Quality Head of New Swan Group personally interacted with the candidates to test their various skills.  They delightfully shared their views that students already possess knowledge in modern techniques of CAD, CAM, CAE, Quality tools and PLM used in tier-3 and tier-2 industries. 
The representatives from the Company acknowledged Gurdeep Sihra, CEO, GNA Gears Ltd. and the Pro- Chancellor, GNA University, about taking collaborated initiative to explore skilled manpower which is demand of the modern industries these days. They congratulated Sihra for running advance B.Tech Mechanical and Automation & B.Tech Robotics and Automation Engineering Programs and implementing PTC Windchill software for PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) which is bridging down the gap between educational institute and industrial requirements
