Global warming and climate change becomes international issue

Few decades back number of questions were to be answered by the heads of various countries in regard to the global warming/climate change and meetings to this regard were conducted.
Development is an ongoing process, from undeveloped country to developed country is the dream of every country. To carry out infrastructure development and industrial revolution, mostly the environment becomes polluted even though those countries take precautionary measures to deal with environment pollution. Felling of trees to large extent, hilly areas converting towards plain and accommodating construction of hotels, multi-storey buildings, widening the roads, axing of trees in large numbers even more then 100 to 200 years old, declining of forests and above all converting land to concrete jungles etc. are mainly responsible for global warming.
Due to global warming / climate change the temperature on earth can increase by 1 degree to 2 degree in coming years, with the increase in temperature the snow on the peaks of mountains, glaciers will start melting and the where on one side the glaciers will melt and the sea level of water will certainly increase. But, it is the nature that cannot be predicted that unexpected heat wave in the month of April 2022 have broken the records of 122 years as predicted, similarly with the change in climate the quality of agriculture yield can decline and similarly the negativity in the quality of produce cannot be ruled out in coming years even though the use of pesticides has increased manifold. Even though the agriculture experts, scientists are warning the agriculturists towards adopting reforms but if the agriculturist fails towards reforms and declining underground water table and less rains can certainly upset the farmers’ prospectus in future. Diversion of crops has been highlighted by the government but even than the government seems to be succeeded quite less than expectations.

To keep the ecological balance intact the government has always boosted the masses to celebrate van-mahotsav like a festival and plant maximum number of sapling. Even though millions of sapling are planted every year but due to none caring of the sapling most of sapling gets destroyed. During widening of roads a large number of trees were axed but plantation drive is not up to that extent in which speed the trees were axed. The masses should pledge to plant fruit trees so that when they become trees can play double role for the masses say oxygen , fruits for birds and insects and shadow for all and making house for the birds on trees . More the number of trees will certainly pave way towards diluting pollution and climate change.
When we study history the issue of roads come Sher Shah Suri Marg (Grand Trunk Road) was constructed during his regime. As Sher Shah Suri planted sapling on both the sides of the roads, which became trees after decades and were useful during those days as there were only bullock carts to travel from one place to other and during the scorching heat the shadow of the trees paved easy for travelers to travel smoothly even during the noon in summers. If sapling at the time of emperor Sher Shah Suri can be planted and successfully nursed than why not in the present arena when scientists have carried out number of reforms in the agriculture sector large number of sapling can be planted on both sides of roads / national highways ?.
The government should come out with a policy to get planted sapling this year on both the sides of roads, canals and hand over the responsibility to defense, para military forces, and police to get this scheme implemented of sapling plantation along with the mass movement to keep the ecological balance intact on earth in coming years.
