Chandigarh, October 30, 2025: The International Conference on Advances in Condensed and Nano Materials (ICACNM-2025), concluded today at the Department of Physics, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
The four-day international conference, inaugurated by PU Dean of University Instructions Prof. Yojna Rawat and Director, Research and Development Cell Prof. Meenakshi Goyal, brought together leading scientists, academicians, and researchers from over 70 national and international institutions to deliberate on cutting-edge developments in condensed matter and nanomaterials.
The conference featured 45 invited talks, 50 oral presentations, and 150 poster presentations covering topics such as low-dimensional materials, photonics, energy storage, superconductivity, and quantum materials.
The valedictory session was graced by Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Haryana, who lauded the Department for organising a globally significant scientific event that fostered collaboration and innovation.
Best oral and poster presentation awards were distributed, marking a fitting conclusion to a highly successful and intellectually enriching conference.
